underwhelming stay, some issues

noisy air conditioning limited counterspace

The room felt dated for the price i paid. the air conditioning was noisy even when it was turned off, a real disturbance. plus, there wasn't much counter space in the bathroom, so organizing toiletries was a challenge. the heavy doors banging shut in the corridors were loud too. They woke me up at all hours.

the location was good, close to many restaurants and stores.

The hotel gave away my suite even though i booked it over a month prior. They offered me a "standard" room. i did not receive the price difference back. the showers had only cold water for several days . the pillows were impressively flat too.
